How do I solve duplicate Google Syncs in contacts?

I can't figure out why I have duplicated Google Sync's for all of my contacts. I don't just mean they are duplicated in the list, I mean they're synced twice, and linked twice, even though I only have one Google account. Can someone please explain why/how this had happened? I have two "linked to google" icons for each contact.

I have, yes, and I still have two supposed links for each contact. They're not duplicated names in the list, but they seem to have been linked twice. This is an example of what I mean:
