When my phone auto rejects a call, it sends it to voice mail which then sends a voice mail notification.

    Welcome to Android Central!

Curious to why you would want to do that? Do you want it to just keep reading or just disconnect?

I have some blocked callers. Call blocking only redirects calls to voicemail which means I then get a voicemail notification. There is no way in Android to escape this issue.

Welcome to Android Central! There might be a way, depending on your carrier. I recall that Verizon allowed you to select maybe 10 numbers that would be blocked outright, but you had to go to your My Verizon account page on the web to do that. So check your carrier's account web page for options like this.

BlackList just blocks the call, it doesn't send it to VM. (You still hear 1 ring - the caller ID comes between the first and second rings.)
