Why does my System UI glitch?

I have an Android Galaxy Note 4 and use GO Launcher themes.

Ever since I changed my app permissions and tried to take a screenshot (home key and power button for 2 seconds) there's a line of multiple messages saying "System UI has stopped running." Has anyone got the solution?

Well you probably altered something when changing app permissions. Bring them back.
