It depends where you pasted it. You could check if it's still on your clipboard

Whenever you copy something, it gets saved temporarily to the clipboard, which only remembers one thing at a time. If you subsequently copy something else, the previous thing that was saved to the clipboard is forgotten. To see what's currently in your clipboard, go to any text entry field, long-press, then tap Paste.
