it authenticates says secure/saved then i try to go online says i'm not connected and it says wifi and mobile turned off i go to settings to check the wifi slide in off then back on reauthenticate it does its thing says secured and saved why can't i go online and how to turn on wifi mobile ? i even tried to use a micro and usb cable to share my laptops internet won't let me i thought i did everything right what gives how to fix desperate. mind you i can put a usb in my laptop download all and then transfer to the tablet i just want the option to go online check email look at news where ever i am at.
