Is my phone dying?

I've had my Samsung S4 for about 2 years and recently I began experiencing this problem: It wouldn't charge properly. At first I thought it was the charger (because I tried my friend's and it worked fine) , I bought a new charger, it worked fine for like the first week then the battery percentage went down instead of up. Then I tried a new battery everything was cool until after around a month or 2 later ( until now ) the new battery wouldn't charge at all. I tried charging it with like 3 different chargers, I tried charging it with my laptop and even a powerbank, I tried cleaning "the charger hole" and everything and I don't know anymore. I changed the batteries again and it's kinda working but really really slowly. I'm not a tech person and i couldn't find any help...

The USB lead may be bad, or the USB port and related circuitry.
