Hospital Nightmares is £12.30 on Google Play why?

Why on Earth is the developer charging this barbaric price? Could i complain to Google? These developers shouldn't be aloud to charge sky high prices.I only payed a couple of pounds for Indigo Lake. Would the developer reduce the price if complains are made?

I don't see Google helping. There's nothing dishonest or otherwise. A developer can charge what they want but if they ask inflated prices so people won't buy the app which may make them come to their senses.

As Pugs indicated, the developer can charge what they want, and the price will remain if they continue to sell licenses. The other thing to consider, this app qualifies for family sharing so where they would possibly have gotten 2 or more sales for a family if they all wanted to play on their own accounts, they now only make one sale. I'm not saying this for sure contributes to the cost (or SHOULD contribute) but it is possibly a factor.
