How to get into play store without redeem code

When I click on my playstore, top of screen shows circle with a lil lets on inside, it's blue, red, green, yellow. It says redeem, settings, help n feedback, n about google play

Mine does that too at times, usually when I have dodgy WiFi.. Clear it and try again, eventually it should sign you in.... Good luck!

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Accounts>Google, and make sure everything is set to sync. Are you having difficulty accessing other Google apps, like Gmail? Did your phone come with Google Play Store preinstalled, or did you have to install it yourself?
