My tablet is on a bootloop and I can't hard reset it.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite and recently I discovered it to be stuck in a bootloop. If I wait it out long enough, it will turn off and I will be able to charge it. It just kept showing me the tablet's model name and no logos. I tried going to recovery mode to wipe cache but it just says "No Command" with an android with an exclamation point inside a red triangle on its stomach. Every time that showed up, it just goes back to the bootloop. Please help me! I have some files there, and I'm trying not to do a factory reset. It was fine before and I don't know the real cause.
