Network problem

[AC Question]

Hi I got a network problem with my inew v3plus. I can surely tell there's no matter with our network provider. Problem is with the phone.
When im using dual sim . If I use data or wifi after a while one of the sim shows no range and a cross mark at there. And no one can call to the other number which shows the range also. Also even I'm not using data if dual sim is on it happens same .this problem started after three months I used this phone. Before there's no problem. Please I had no solution any help here.

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
