Turbo 2 screen issue

[AC Question]

Screen would show notification (ie: text, Instagram, Facebook, etc...) underneath the time. I could remove phone from work pocket and time etc would just pop up. Now screen is just black when I take it out of pocket, or try tapping to see time. Need to hit side power button to turn on main screen. How do I make it go back to how it was?

Hi, have you checked all the relevant settings under display or accessibility? some feature must have been turned off.
