Why my gear s2 bluetooth wont turn on

When i put gear s2 in charge and picking up gear s2 the bluetooth wont turn on i reset factory its work but again i put it in charge again bluetooth wont turn on
What can i do??

Hi, when it's on charge - is the gear far away from the device that it could loose connection? The gear will have bluetooth on all the time, it's the phone that it's connecting to that you need to look into.
