Re my recent post on Skype & Google not on home screen

AC Question

Thank you B Diddy for taking an interest. I got to the forum through Google search regarding my recently acquired Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. As I stated both Skype and Google appear under Accounts and are not in the App list.

OK apologies for not making myself absolutely clear. I was directed to this forum when I was seeking an answer to an issue with a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. First question is, am I in the right place?
My problem is that all apps are available as required on the home screen. However, having loaded Skype and Google Chrome from Playstore I find they are to be found under Accounts, hence they are not registered as apps. How can I access them directly from the home screen?

Let me spell it out for you to see if that helps.
Press apps button, go to first page of your apps. There are 3 folders, Google, Microsoft & Tools. Open the Microsoft folder, Skype will be there. If you want you can move the icon by long pressing and dragging it to where you want. Just yell if you get stuck:)
