AC Question

I changed some of the info where it talks about the phone,
example.
ro.product.model=SM-G900
ro.product.manufacturer=Samsung

When I rebooted the device it went to a blank gray screen. The phone won't turn off or go into recovery mode. I want to wipe the device but connecting to a computer it says device driver software was not successfully installed...

OK so you changed the build.prop. What device is it? If it's an S5 why don't you pull the battery? Is it that you can't get into recovery because you can't turn it off?
It's difficult to give answers with such limited information.......

I have a lg sunrise (lgl15) when the batter is in it is on (technically) the light is on and everything but I can only see a light gray screen. When I take the battery out it turns off and then when I put the battery back in it immediately goes into a reboot I see the lg logo and everything and then it glitches out and goes to a gray screen. At that point I can't turn off the phone reboot or enter recovery mode. Also I can't find the device drivers on lg website and so that's not working.
