my HTC-One-M8 is giving random commands to itself. Can this be fixed?

When i try to do anything, especially typing, the phone just does things like jumping into the car-app. Or popping up some Menu. It also does this when its lying flat on my desk. On top of this, sometimes it doesnt notice when i jack in my headphone or charger.

This is an on-off Problem, i cannot in anyway predict if it will happen at any time. Reboot does help sometimes, and sometimes it works for an entire week without any trouble.

What can i do?

Try a Cache Partition wipe.
Tell us whether that fixes it.

Didnt help sadly. Car App self-avticated first thing when I restarted the phone afterwards.
