    I pre-ordered as soon as they opened up the pre-order window (22-Aug). This was on their eStore (shop.samsung.com). They have charged the full amount form my credit card (INR 59,900). Post one SMS on 2-Sep that the product launch is delayed, I haven't received ANY communication at all on where my order is. This is utter disregard to any of the customer satisfaction parameters IMO. No email, No phone call or any message as to when I will get the phone. At least they should have the decency to communicate a date as to when they expect to ship the devices out.

    I am an early adopter and bought all Notes except Note 3 and 5. This has left a really bad taste.
