How to delete Battery status in system?

My phone is Gionee Elife E7.
It has problem with battery percentage.
For example if I charge it while phone off after 17% it goes to 35% suddenly.
When discharging 45% goes to 25% suddenly.

It is with battery stats.
How to erase stats and refresh battery??

tried resetting phone. Not fixed.

It works on other models not sure if it works on all models, but holding both the up and down col buttons while powering the device on is supposed to reset the battery, whatever, so it behind again. The instructions I saw aid to hold all 3 buttons for at least 30 seconds, in which time the device will power on and off several times. Also there may be a method for doing this that is more device specific where you open the dialer and input a code, it usually looks something like #*#*1245*#*#, and can be found by googling your device by name and master menu or keypad menu.
