Carbon 9 box factory reset

[AC Question]

I have a carbon 9 box and when I try to do a factory reset it's asking me for a password. I don't remember using a password and it won't let me reset it because I don't remember it. I've tried 50 different passwords and not even a 'did you forget your password' option appears. Please help, I just want to do a factory reset
