Why is both the wifi switch and bluetooth switch not functioning

[AC Question]

Last week got a brand-new in box replacement moto z force to replace broken moto z from asurion. All was well until 2 days ago when it did the latest update. The wifi started to kick itself off line and as of this morning both the wifi and Bluetooth functions do not work they both just sit there constantly searching. It is as if the antennas are not functioning. Also the setting drop down menu does not show the same as full setting G's menu for example if wifi turned on in drop down it is not turned on in the full settings menu.

It sounds like the bt/wifi module has died. The phone needs to be returned as it's likely it needs a new motherboard
