How to delete spam "battery under 25%" message

A

AC Question

For a few weeks now a message in a red box appears warning I'm under 25% battery. It is clearly some sort of spam. I wonder whether it is an option of one of the last apps I've downloaded, but I haven't been able to identify which. I'm not very sure where this comes from.
I have a Huawei P8, although I don't think this is relevant.
Please any help on how to delete it? I've heard spam removal apps actually make your phone worse, so I'd be reluctant to go that way.

Welcome to the forums. Could you post a screenshot with that pop-up? Do you have any cleaner or booster app installed in your phone? If so, disable it temporarily and see if the problem persists.

You could try booting into safe mode. This process will temporarily disable all your third party apps and will tell you if the pop-up comes from the system or from an app that you downloaded.
