How do I make space on my internal storage

I have a message to say my internal storage is full and need to unpin or delete apps how do I do this

Settings>Applications>Application Manager. Go through the apps and decide what you would like to uninstall to create more space. Be aware that apps that were on the device, from new, can't be removed.
