HELP! Accidentally formatted my Samsung S7 internal memory

I accidentally formatted the internal memory of my Samsung S7 and now I want to recover my photos and videos. I'm not sure if my photos and videos were backed up on Google Photos. What's left are only a portion of my total photos/videos which is stored on my Samsung Cloud. Is there any way to recover all my photos and videos before it was formatted? And I wouldn't also want my phone to be rooted if possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Sorry for my english.

If you reflash Android to the phone, you'll find out. There's probably nothing recoverable on the phone itself, but if you have sync enabled, most of the photos and videos may be synced to Google.
