how to restart androids apps that's been disabled

Someone took my phone and Downloaded apps that hides information about certain apps and adied another a second phone # .. can't update Google services

Run the app that hides information and turn off all the "hides" it has on. (DON'T just uninstall the app - it'll probably leave the other apps disabled.)

Therein lies an important lesson, thou shallt NOT give thy device to other people to play with! Find the "someone" who did this and demand they undo everything they did! Or break their fingers. If you can't get control back of your device, you might have to reset the thing...
In any case, join the forums and give us more details and we'll try to solve this problem without getting too drastic hopefully...
