My swipe konnect me smartphone shows charging while connecting to charger but percentage go down.

Battery and charger working very efficiently. Please tell me weather usb port or IC which of two is not working. When charger pluged in it shows charging but percentage go dowm. Ampere app shows 350mA max current while charger plugged in and go down.. Plese tell solution.

Not enough power to the device.

350mA is equivalent to a trickle charge, not enough to positively charge battery while phone is on.

Either the power block is rated too low or the outlet that you are using is not supplying enough power.

An average power block will supply at least 1.0 Amps of power, with newer phones coming with 2.0 to 2.1 Amp power blocks.
