Weak signal and voice breaks up and sometime not useful as a phone?

110 50 115 dBa and 30 asu are the average on my Galaxy s7.
What can I do, these signal strengths are for miles around our area.

My first thought is that you could have a bad device. Was this device purchased locally, or did you buy it online? Devices have different antenna setups for different regions, so having a device from a different region can negatively affect reception.

It is also possible that there is a service problem in your area. Do you have any other devices on the same provider that you can compare with? If you have multiple devices all showing the same issue, I would assume the problem to be a downed tower in your area, or simply poor coverage by the provider.

Assuming you purchased the device locally, from a reputable retailer, and that you have already confirmed no issues with your service provider, I would recommend taking the device back to the place of purchase to discuss a warranty replacement.
