s6 edge too much heating caused some black dye to cover my screen

hi i bought a new s6edgeblack saphire charged it to 100 percent before use turned it on phone was insanely hot and from top of the screen some adhesive was coming out behind the screen black color or might be some dye or something i dnt what caused it i just charged it too 100 percent

Return the device for a replacement. No need to try and figure out what it is, it sounds like a lemon already on your first charge.
