Booted my device, it started to update, stuck at 5% - error

Hi!

I have a Honor 8 and when i try to boot it, it starts to update the emui and freezes at 5% with a error message "Please insert otg/sd card or check APP files in 2mins."

No matter what I do it boots back to that error message. I have tried booting in safe mode, held power and volume up/down for 20seconds, I even pushed into the small hole on top of the device with a pin.

Had this phone for 2 weeks and now im stuck here. Any suggestions?

Try a Cache Partition wipe. If no go, get back to us.

I'm not familiar with the device but I doubt it has a Reset button. Be careful where you stick pins.
