Having A LOT of issues changing the sms notifications

[AC Question]

I had an LG x power and replaced it with the same phone because it was easier/cheaper to do so. So I'm trying to get my setting back to how they were on the old phone but for some reason cannot figure out how I changed the sms notifications. I go into the messaging thing and to settings and it says notification and Crystal..so I click to change 2nd. Screen pops up telling me it can't access to wage and to go to setting messaging permission s but does not say why to do when there so when I get there there are literally NO OPTIONS. So wtf?!?! How do I get my phone to notify with the sound I want??? Please help!!
