Downloaded videos have the wrong rotation/no button to correct

[AC Question]

The videos are taken and appear on my Galaxy Note 4 with the correct rotation, but after being downloaded to my pc they are sideways with no button to make the correction. Solution?

I have that issue at times, i just orient the video as i want it, then turn off the screen rotation function. It's band aid, but does the trick...
