what apps do i need to run my android sm-g386t and what can i turn off i have so many running i know they don't all need to be running don't use the net or any photo stuff help

That will depend entirely on your use. If you see an app you are not familiar with, you can try to force stop it. If you're not sure what it is, like system apps, you're best to not touch those, or if you do, just do a couple at a time, so if you have problems after, you can just undo the last thing you did. As you open an app (in app manager) you'll see how much it does. Android is fairly clever at putting things to sleep when not in use. If you shut down an app once you're not using it, it should just sit there quietly...
