Samsung Galaxy Note 5 overlay

Everytime I download a new app onto my Samsung Galaxy 5 note it states that I need permission and I need to shut off the overlay I'm not sure how to do this everytime I go into the specific apps to turn something on or off the app that I'm looking for is not there any suggestions would greatly help thanks for your time on this matter

Hi, do you have a specific app that we could use as a starting point? what happens when you download the app and open it, can you create an acc and upload a screenshot for us to see the error message?
