Recently my galaxy note 3 has been pixelating gifs where I'll watch a gif clearly and then the next round will be pixelated and if I watch the next round after that, it gets even worse.
I've also noticed that even YouTube videos aren't working right where the video will freeze but the audio keeps going.
The gif problem is an issue for me on multiple apps
I'm not sure what happened.
The only thing I've tried to do so far is restart my phone and I didn't see any changes.
