Recently, OS was re-installed by Samsung Service Centre. Since then the "Gallery" icon disappeared from the screen. The photos stored on the device storage cannot be linked to a contact. I am getting a message " no pictures are available on Device". When I tried to open a photo available on the device a message " there is no application to open the file". A Gallery App "quickpic" was installed by me from "Playstores" to overcome the problem. Even now I am unable to link my photo to "me". It seems that many applications were omitted by the Service Centre while installing the O.S. i.e. 4.1.2. I The mobile model is Samsung S Advance GT-19070.
