I dont know how to change yahoo password on my phone

I have a samsung gal 5 and had to change my yahoo password on my home computer but now I can not get my email information on my phone. When I try to enter my new password it says incorrect password entered or POP3/IMAP access is not on

I don't know how to fix this, I tried deleting the yahoo account from my phone and re-adding it but I am getting the error message.
