Lost settings, home button, tab button and swipe down dont work

[AC Question]

For some reason my phone wiped almost all of my settings, (only phone related, such as code to get in my phone, which language to use, personal dictionary), yet at the same time my home button and tab button stopped working and I also cant swipe down anymore.
Also when people call me, I only get a message saying that I missed a call, while I was never abe to answer it.

Hi, what device do you currently have? have you considered performing a factory reset to see if this helps some of your issues?
