Moto g 4 plus : System UI stopped responding while pressing upper volume/increasing Volume

[AC Question]

I Bought a new moto g 4 plus phone 15 days back and I am facing above mentioned issue.

When ever I click on upper volume or increase volume on screen it throws system UI stopped responding error, after which everything closes. I need to unlock phone and get in back to normal ..

Rebooted, Cleared cache and temp memory.

Quiet frustrating ..Any ideas how to resolve this ?

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
