How can i get rid of leading zero in time (07:12)

Got a new Tab S2 and I can't figure out how to remove the leading 0 in a Time widget. Was able to do it on old Samsung tablet with Marshmellow.

Settings> Date & Time Don't use 24 hour format

Thanks Pug but that didn't work. Under date & time setting my choice is:
Use 24 hour format ON OFF
I selected NO but the leading 0 is still there
