My android is updating right now and its been two hours, how do i stop it already

Its an Alcatel one touch and its been taking way to long to update and i would like just to use my phone already, i need to stop the update but its doing the same thing over and over

Bring it into your carrier for help. If you damage something by stopping the update, it's your problem - if they damage something, it's their problem.
