"Error with saving image" message

[AC Question]

When trying to post an image from my Samsung Galaxy S7, I get a message that says, "error with saving image." I can send an image via text, can post an image on FB, can save images, but unable to load image from my photos and from camera shot on this app and another app. I have cleared caches, have uninstalled and reinstalled. Have changed permissions to allow everything. I am not in power saving mode. This also happened a few weeks on my Galaxy S6 also yet was able to post with no problems a few weeks prior. What I did notice is that when I received my Galaxy S7, I connected to the S6 and uploaded all of the content. Wondering if this might be the issue also that whatever was on the S6 now affected the S7. Hoping for some guidance. Thank you.
