I am having a problem with the time and the alarm clock

I was using this phone as an alarm clock nothing else and it quit going off and it looked to me there was 2 different times and I deleted the alarms and went to test the alarm clock to go off at like 5pm and it was a little after 4pm and it told me it would take 6 days so many hours and minutes before it would go off what would cause this to happen and how do I fix it
