Can't receive MMS [SGS6]

[AC Question]

I have a galaxy 6s and have had pictures come in that i cant see it just keeps saying downloading until it is not found anymore. What is going on

Do you have data turned on?

Are you using a device branded to your carrier or an unlocked device originally branded to a different carrier? Are you sure that the MMS APN is correct?
