Why are the capacitive buttons on my s7 edge dim??

I dropped my s7 edge once and it just got a little crack. After a day or two the capacitive buttons the back and recent ones became so dim i couldn't see then outside. Need your help on how to fix it so it becomes bright again.

Take it to a repair shop lest you break your most excellent device. It would be some damage inside, not software problem. They will have to take it apart and fix the damaged bits.
