Launcher crashed. Can't access my phone. Please help

I have a Moto G4 Plus
I was told to reboot the phone but I can't do so because the Next Launcher does not allow me to do so
Also I can't remove my battery because the phone does not have a removable battery

Pls help as soon as possible

Press and hold the power key for at least 8 seconds. It should reboot automatically after that.

Welcome to Android Central! You should also be able to change the default launcher in the system settings. If there isn't an option for to change the default launcher (usually under a setting called Home), then go to Settings>Apps, select Next Launcher, and Clear Defaults. Then tap the home button, and when it asks you which launcher to use, select the stock launcher.
