    Finding out whether you are being tracked would require your tracker (ie. spouse) to have physical access to your phone in order to install apps to track your activities. That's more important than knowing what apps are on your spouse's phone. That said, securing your phone with a strong password that only you know and that would be difficult to guess is your ultimate line of defense.

    Second, installing and running an antivirus or malware detector app in your phone would help you find out whether your phone is infected. Avast or Malwarebytes are examples that you can find in the Google Play store.

    Third, if you are still unsure of your phone's security, you can always do a complete wipe and restoration of your phone using the factory data reset option ( note: you should encrypt your device first before a wipe/restoration to ensure that your data cannot be recovered).
