cannot find proper treatment i.d.

Motorola Droid XT 1254 phone, everytime I try to call someone, I get a recorded message stating.....Cannot find proper treatment I.D. Never had this before, does anyone know what this means? I would like to get rid of this recording when I call someone.

Welcome to the forums. You should contact your carrier and see if there's a problem on their side of with your SIM card.

I'm having this issue now. Can't even call 611.

Bring the phone into the carrier's store. (That won't generate error messages.)
