How to access the notification panel (wifi, bluetooth etc) while the phone locked with fingerprint

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S5, and I know this has been discussed a lot of times already. But I haven't seen anyone giving a solution. I am able to access the notification panel if I'm only using swipe to unlock, but whenever I set my phone to unlock via finger print, it seems that the notification panel is disabled. Is there a tweak for this? Or an app maybe?

Might not be the solution you want, but the solution is to unlock the phone first... or use swipe or none for security.
