how do i remove unwanted apps from my s6

i installed a few apps that i thought would help me, but have been getting pop-ups in the middle of everything i do on the phone. i would like to remove someapps t o see if that might help.thanks.

Welcome to the forums. You can uninstall apps that you downloaded in settings - apps - select app - clear data - uninstall. If the uninstall button isn't available go to settings - security - device administrator and make sure that particular app is unchecked.
