Device Lock PIN changed

[AC Question]

Hi there,

So my device was sitting on my desk this morning, was able to enter the PIN and unlock the phone no problem. Ignored my phone for most of the morning, go to enter my PIN, and I'm getting an error that my PIN is incorrect.

I have a Samsung S5 Neo. Running Marshmallow

Is there anyone I can contact for assistance or am I just going to need to get my device replaced?

Could anyone have changed it in your absence?

My guess is either you forgot the correct pin or someone changed it. You'll have to boot into recovery mode and do a factory reset.
