How to connect my Moto xl to speakers

Because the phone only has the small square connector,
how can I plug it in to my speakers? I have been looking online
for a connector (square to pen round) and I can't find anything
I don't like the fact you can't charge the phone, and also use
it to play music, or use it as a hands free in the car

You'll need speakers with built in amplifiers, your phone has usb cable, so the speaker setup needs to have usb socket. Alternatively you have Bluetooth which should work with some audio amps and or car hands free kits. If your car doesn't support that, there are hundreds of Bluetooth car kits on the market! You can also get cigarette lighter chargers for most devices, so you have endless possibilities to suit your needs and budget.
