How do I Access my clipboad on my galaxy j7

I made a copy
on my clipboard now I cannot access my clipboard

You paste - that puts what's in the clipboard where you paste.

Or, you can use Clipper - Clipboard Manager - it keeps its own "clipboard" (it's not, it's just an area of the app's data space), so you get more options for copied data. (It won't work on things you've already copied, only on things you copy once you install it.)

(The actual clipboard, except in Samsung devices, is just an area of RAM set aside to hold copied items - the same as iOS, Windows, Linux and all other microcomputer operating systems.)
